The Client: Cybin is the perfect example of a Purpose Driven Brand. They are a biotech company that is harnessing the potential of psychedelic molecules with the hope to revolutionize mental healthcare.

The Challenge: The stigma surrounding both psychedelics & mental health made it difficult to communicate organizational value to investors, potential talent & regulatory boards like the FDA (Food & Drug Administration). When you hear "psychedelic company", you probably imagine something completely different than the organization you'll meet in the video. This communication gap is exactly what we aimed to solve. 

The Solution: Our approach to helping Cybin effectively communicate organizational value was to use documentary-style storytelling to emphasize their incredibly strong mission. Each person has their own personal story & this personal passion drives the entire culture.

The Result: Since 2021, we have collaborated with Cybin on over 100 different videos. Their team size has nearly tripled and consists of some of the top scientific & executive talent in the industry. Additionally, they became the first psychedelic company in history to gain approval to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
